Have questions about how Tegrity Health works, what to expect, or how to get started? We’ve compiled answers to the most common questions to help you feel informed and confident as you explore care with us.
What is your approach? How is it different?
At Tegrity Health, we practice an innovative model of care that integrates the principles of Integrative, Functional, and Precision Medicine to offer a truly personalized approach to healing.
Our care model combines the strengths of conventional medical training with a deeper commitment to uncovering the root causes of symptoms. We view the body as an interconnected system influenced by lifestyle factors such as nutrition, sleep, stress, and environment. Rather than merely treating diagnoses, we ask why symptoms are occurring—seeking to resolve the imbalances at their source.
At the same time, we harness the power of advanced diagnostic tools—including comprehensive lab work, genetic testing, microbiome analysis, and metabolic assessments—to understand the unique biology of each individual. This data-driven insight, combined with a compassionate understanding of each patient’s personal story, allows us to design care plans that are both evidence-based and deeply individualized.
Our collaborative team of physicians and a registered dietitian trained in both conventional and Functional Medicine brings together the best of science and holistic care. The result is a highly customized roadmap to healing that supports resilience, prevention, and long-term vitality.
What states do you serve?

Do you see any patients in person?
Tegrity Health is strictly a telehealth, virtual practice.
Do all providers see pediatric patients?
Both Dr. Taylor and Dr. Ziemba are able to see pediatric patients.
Dr Taylor serves patients from MI, NH, IL, and FL.
Dr. Ziemba serves patients in NH, MA, NY, VA, PA, OH, TX, CO, FL
Does my child need a pediatrician? Do I need a Primary Care Physician (PCP)?
Yes, we kindly request that you continue to see your primary care physician for routine and acute care. We do not offer urgent care services at this time.
Do you accept insurance?
Our office does not bill insurance. You may pay by check, credit card, or HSA debit card. Upon request, we can provide you with a copy of the superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement for out-of-network care. The superbill is a detailed medical receipt that contains procedure codes, diagnosis codes, and the fees charged for your office visit. We cannot guarantee what reimbursement, if any, you may receive. We do not submit claims or call insurance companies directly. This is the responsibility of the patient.
We do not participate with Medicare, nor do we bill Medicare for any services rendered. A patient can NOT submit superbills to Medicare for possible reimbursement.
Can I use my insurance for labs?
Yes, you can! It is your responsibility to check with your insurance company regarding coverage. We partner with Quest labs only for national lab options. We do offer discounted prices for those preferring to use a cash pay, which may be a reduced option for some if insurance will not provide coverage. Please feel free to inquire about this option.
Why do I need to join a membership?
Integrative Precision medicine is best delivered longitudinally over an extended period of time. One visit can help you to see your body and your health in a different way but change and improvements happen over time and with commitment. For that reason, cost-effective membership options are available to optimize your interactions with Tegrity Health. In the conventional business model, doctors are reimbursed when patients visit the office. In our model, we can do what makes the most sense. If there is something that can be resolved by a portal message, that option is available to you. Additionally, conventional medical models encourage doctors to have unlimited numbers of patients while Tegrity Health limits the number of patients to allow for adequate time and attention to your personalized care.
