Stacy Seslowsky, MS, RD, LDN, became a Registered Dietitian over 25 years ago after completing her dietetic internship at New York Weill Cornell Medical Center. Years later, after her husband was diagnosed with Graves disease (an autoimmune condition), she returned to graduate school to earn her Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine.

When gut healing and food elimination alone weren’t enough to reverse her husband’s autoimmunity, Stacy spent an additional two years mastering the complex science of immunology. This deep dive transformed her approach to patient care—and ultimately helped her husband and countless others minimize inflammation and manage autoimmune, cardiometabolic, gastrointestinal, and cognitive disorders through nutrition.

Stacy created Immunology for Dietitians & Nutritionists (IDN)—an 8-week course designed to teach dietitians and nutrition professionals how to appropriately assess and address inflammation at its roots. IDN has become an eye-opening experience that has transformed clinical practice and empowered practitioners to bring their patients to a superior level of health.
